A. A nurse advice line is a trusted source of information and support offered through your medical plan.

Q. Can I reach the nurse advice line anytime?

A. Yes. All medical plans offered by The Sound Partnership have a nurse line you can call, toll-free anytime—day or night.

Q. How does the nurse information line work?

A. Call the toll-free number to speak with an experienced registered nurse. After verifying program participation, you can ask health questions, learn self-care tips or get information that can help you choose appropriate care for your situation.
