Mt. Tahoma FFA

The FFA is a national organization of about 500,000 members that is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and success through agriculture education.

The FFA is not a club it is an integral part of the Agri-Science program at Mt. Tahoma High School. We use Career Development Events (contests), community service, local meetings and recreation to practice the skills learned in the class room.

The local Chapter is governed by an officer team of six officers and is supported my the entire Chapter. There are plenty of opportunities for leadership training as officers, committee chairs and committee members. We are only limited by the imagination and energy of the members of the Mt. Tahoma Chapter.

The Mt. Tahoma FFA is open to any student who is currently in Mr. Smith's class or has taken a class from him or an agriculture class at another school.
