Policy Manual
The on-line policy manual contains up-to-date policies and regulations set forth by the Tacoma School Board. The policies are principles adopted by the board to chart a course of action, while the regulations are the detailed directions that put policy into practice. To begin finding the information you need, choose one of the techniques outlined below:
The policy manual is broken down by subject into six series. Select the title for a particular policy series to view the table of contents for that series. You can then go directly to a policy by clicking on the title within the table of contents. This will give you not only the policy, but the corresponding regulation as well.
The Policy Index allows you to find all policies related to a particular subject via keywords.
